BLOOD DRIVE

Every year, HOSA hosts several blood drives and partners with United Blood Services to give students the opportunity to give back to their community. According to the American Red Cross, there is a nationwide blood shortage. Donating even a pint of blood can save three lives, so all donations are greatly appreciated!

Potential donors must follow the eligibility requirements before donating!

• You MUST be 17 years of age (or older)
• You MUST meet the minimum height and weight requirements.
• You MUST have a valid ID such as a driver’s license or an Identification card. 
• You MUST feel well on the day you are donating.

In addition to filling out our registration form, all donors MUST fill out a consent form. You MUST bring this form with you on the day of your donation. 

All donors who are less than 18 years of age MUST have their parent or guardian sign this form.
